Beauty, Grace & Style

Ahead of London Fashion Week Spring - Summer 2016 I wrote an article covering 10 designer names to know.

This article covered Burberry, Pringle of Scotland, Christopher Raeburn, Danielle Romeril, Simone Rocha, Georgia Hardinge, Jasper Conran, Julien MacDonald, Orla Kiely and Mulberry.

I had direct positive feedback from many of the designers and Houses. See the link to the piece here ow.ly/XKLYL

I wrote a piece covering the Burberry Spring Summer 2016 London Fashion Week show taking a deeper look at the work of  Christopher Bailey and Burberry's commitment to British textile production.

This piece also takes a look at Burberry's groundbreaking Social Media campaign with Mario Testino backstage at the SS16 show and I had great feedback from Burberry and many more people who loved the piece.

CHANEL has a deep relationship with the UK and the CHANEL Mademoiselle Privé exhibit at the Saatchi Gallery felt like a tiny bit of a home coming as well as a look into the inspirations and themes of the world of Mademoiselle in Paris.

As a lucky guest of the Daily Telegraph Fashion Team I attended their private party to celebrate the event and wrote a follow up article for Country and Townhouse.

I've known the CHANEL team in London for a number of years and it was great to see them again. They very much liked my piece for Country and Town House :)

Georgia Hardinge is one of the most exciting young British Designers around at the moment and I published a piece in Country and Town House covering the launch of her Spring - Summer 2016 Dynasty collection at London Fashion Week with friends Annabelle Wallis and Laura Bailey.

It's a fascinating piece full of red carpet and exciting eveningwear looks and I was delighted that Georgia liked it so much.

Here is the link and I hope you like it too. http://ow.ly/XKPeJ

Paul Costelloe is one of the most respected designers on the London Fashion Week show schedule and I was a guest at his Spring - Summer 2016 show at London Fashion Week  also taking some great images from of House and backstage.

He's got a phenominal background in the industry and was one of the few designers to dress Diana Princess of Wales throughout her years in the public eye.

Hard working down to earth and with a keen eye for making sure the models feel comfortable, he presented swinging 60's rock and roll esque chic in front of Ladies Kitty Spencer and Violet and Eliza Manners to rapturous applause and many smiles.

Below This article was a dream come true as I was a lucky winner of the Conde Nast  Brides Team competition to send a question to Jenny Packham about her designs and career.

I was a front row guest at her 2016 Bridal collection show at Brides the Show event in London and fell even further in love with her designs. The show was based around the theme of a Mid Summer Night's dream and we where brought into an enchanted garden of beauty.

Jenny is also one of the designers who works the most closely with the Duchess of Cambridge and designed both her outfits that she wore after the births of her children. I'm delighted that Jenny and her team liked the piece so much and here is a link to it at Country & Town House. ow.ly/XKNvf
